I want to say Happy Veterans Day to each and every veteran out there. Today is the day when we as a nation recognize and honor the men and women who fought, lived, and died protecting freedom in the world. Because all of you sacrificing as you did, today we are still free and live in the greatest nation in the world The United States Of America! Some gave some and some gave all. No matter what you gave, thank you, we may not show it as a nation and people very well on a daily basis, but we we really do appreciate it more than we can ever say or show. All of the freedoms that most of us take enjoy and take for granted are only available because you fought to give us freedom and protect our freedom everyday. Without the freedoms we have, I would not be here writing a blog to thank you. People would not be allowed to move about freely, stand up for their rights, provide for their families, watch TV, use the internet to communicate with friends and family, go to school to better our futures, be safe in our borders, be able to vote, make choices for our lives ourselves on a daily basis and so on. I am glad we have Veterans Day to honor you all for your amazing courage and strength to stand up for what you believed so deeply in. I wish the government took better care of and provided more for veterans than it does, you all deserve to be taken care for the rest of your lives because you risked everything to take care of us and our future generations. Hopefully one day we can help take of you in return.
